4. Bookings

Your booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email or booking confirmation.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information when booking.

5. Payments

All prices are listed on the relevant booking or checkout page.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will remain at the price agreed at the time of purchase.

Any introductory, promotional, or first-time client offer is only available under the conditions clearly stated on the offer page.

6. First-Time Client Offers

From time to time, Luciana may offer a first-time client introductory session at a reduced rate.

These offers are available once per person, for new clients only.

They cannot be reused, transferred, combined with other offers, or applied retroactively to previous bookings.

Future sessions after an introductory offer are booked at the standard session rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as used and may not be refunded.

Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Luciana reserves the right to reschedule a session if necessary due to illness, emergency, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered a new session time.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Every person's experience is different.

Although many people may find Family Constellation and healing work meaningful, no specific result, outcome, breakthrough, emotional shift, relationship change, health improvement, or life change is guaranteed.

You understand that your results may vary.

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions after any session, workshop, quiz, or interaction with this website.

9. Emotional Responsibility

Family Constellation and emotional healing work may bring up emotions, memories, insights, sensations, or personal reflections.

By booking a session or participating in any service, you agree to take responsibility for your own emotional wellbeing.

If you are currently experiencing severe mental health distress, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, psychiatric instability, or a crisis situation, this work may not be suitable as your only form of support. Please seek appropriate professional or emergency support.
