Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, missed sessions, refunds, and first-time client offers are handled.
By booking a session or purchasing a service with Luciana Aflitos, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Session Bookings
Your session is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation.
Please ensure you choose a time that you are able to attend.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
When at least 24 hours notice is given, your session may be rescheduled to another available time.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may not be accepted and the session may be treated as used.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your session, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice may be eligible for a refund or credit, depending on the type of session or offer purchased.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
4. Missed Sessions
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice, the session is considered missed.
Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
5. Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your session, the session may still need to end at the original scheduled time.
The full session fee still applies.
If you are significantly late and the session cannot proceed, it may be treated as a missed session.
6. First-Time Client Offers
First-time client offers, including any $47 introductory session, are available once per person for new clients only.
These offers are designed to give new clients a simple way to experience the work before deciding whether to continue.
The first-time offer cannot be reused, transferred, exchanged, or applied to future sessions.
Future sessions are booked at the standard session rate.
7. Refunds for First-Time Sessions
Because first-time sessions are offered at a special introductory rate, they are generally non-refundable once the session has taken place.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend, the session fee is non-refundable.
8. Packages, Workshops, and Programs
Refund terms for packages, workshops, or programs may vary depending on the specific offer.
Any specific refund terms will be listed on the relevant checkout page, sales page, or agreement.
If no separate refund terms are listed, payments are non-refundable once the service, workshop, package, or program has begun.
9. Practitioner Rescheduling
Luciana may need to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, technical problems, or unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, you will be offered a new session time.
If no suitable time can be arranged, a refund may be offered.
10. Technical Issues
For online sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a stable internet connection and access to the required video call platform.
If technical issues on your side prevent the session from taking place, the session may be treated as missed.
If technical issues on Luciana's side prevent the session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled.
11. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Refunds are not provided based on whether you feel a particular outcome was achieved.
Family Constellation and emotional healing work can be experienced differently by each person, and no specific result is guaranteed.
